Circuit Makati’s residential anchor: Alveo Land unveils Solstice project

Urban dynamism and high energy living is the name of the game for Solstice, the anchor residential tower of Ayala Land Inc.’s upscale residential brand Alveo Land in the 21-hectare Circuit Makati.

The two-tower development catering to young urban achievers is Alveo Land’s fastest selling Makati project so far, company officials said.

“The dynamism and ever-changing nature of the Makati City experience now carries an intrinsic ability to nurture a high-energy lifestyle that young urbanites crave, with Solstice,” Alveo Land’s marketing group head Eunice Acejo said.

Aptly marketed as a venue for dynamic urban living, the Circuit Makati stands on the former Sta. Ana racetrack. It is one of ALI’s latest masterplanned entertainment and leisure district.

“Alveo caters to the young urban achievers who live multi-faceted lifestyles,” Acejo said.

In particular, Solstice is appealing to urban dwellers who try to balance work and their personal interests, she noted.

With this in mind, Alveo Land aligned the Solstice, which sits right in the heart of Circuit Makati, for young, dynamic urban achievers like showbiz celebrities Erwan Heussaff and Nicole Anderson.

“Solstice is the residential anchor in Circuit Makati,” Acejo said.

From the ground-up, the residential segment is already part of the new entertainment district in Makati.

In May, Alveo Land launched the first phase of the two-tower Solstice, which forms part of ALI’s plan of launching one tower every year in Circuit Makati to fill the mixed-use community with 8-10 towers in the next 10 years.

The 41-story Solstice Tower One offers 461 residential units in acomplete range of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.

One-bedroom units ranging from 57 to 96 square meters will account for majority of the offerings given Alveo Land’s positioning as a developer for mobile individuals and professionals.

Alveo Land said it will also introduce exclusive two-and three-bedroom Sunrise Villas at third to seventh levels of Solstice.

Amenities at the Solstice podium’s eighth floor include a lap and lounge pool, juice bar, lounge area, and kids’ play area and pool, as well as an indoor and outdoor gym.

Aristides Antonio Gonzales, division manager of Alveo Land’s project development group, said since its launch, Solstice has sold 51 percent of available units.

The second Solstice tower will likely be launched next year given the strong takeup for phase one, he said.

Turnover for the P2.5-billion Solstice Tower One is targeted in the third quarter of 2018.

By the time Solstice is ready for delivery, residents will be able to enjoy other amenities in Circuit Makati.

“By the end of 2017, the Super Block and the Circuit Lane will be completed,” Gonzales said.

To foster dynamic living, ALI will open the Circuit Lane commercial phase in the fourth quarter next year, the BPO building in the fourth quarter of 2015, the Ayala mall in the third quarter of 2016, the 1,500-seater Circuit performing arts theater in the first quarter of 2017, and a new hotel in the fourth quarter of 2017.

Early this year, ALI, which first made its name by building the Makati central business district (CBD), announced its P20-billion capital spending for an entertainment center within the country’s financial capital.

Circuit Makati is ALI’s 21-hectare integrated, mixed-use development anchored on entertainment experiences that brings together various product lines—Alveo for residential, Ayala malls and offices, and Ayala hotels.

The mixed-use project forms part of ALI’s P60-billion investment for six districts under the Makati redevelopment to maintain the competitiveness of the Makati CBD.
